Board of Directors
The Chattanooga Zoo is owned by the City of Chattanooga and is a division of the Department of Parks of Recreation. The Zoo is jointly operated by Friends of the Zoo, Incorporated in agreement with the City of Chattanooga. Friends of the Zoo, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) organization.
