The Chattanooga Zoo offers a variety of fun and exciting educational opportunities for all! Please choose a link below to learn more about our programs!  

School Group Field Trips

  • Bring your class on a field trip to the zoo! Travel around the world without leaving Chattanooga and discover some unique animals along the way. For a more in-depth experience, you can add an education program to your visit.

Zoo to You Outreach
  • Can't come to the Zoo? We'll bring the zoo to you! Our outreach programs are fun, interactive and a great way to introduce students to science education without having to leave your classroom.
  • Our Home School programs are fun, engaging learning opportunities for children grades K - 6th.

Snooze in the Zoo Overnights
  • Spend the night at the zoo and discover what the animals do after dark.

Scout Groups
  • Visiting the zoo is a great way to earn badges for all ages! 

Kits and Cubs
  • These programs are loaded with hands on, interactive learning which will encourage your child to explore the natural world and discover new animal friends.

** Please note that picnic facilities are no longer available inside the zoo and outside food and drink is not permitted. However, there are picnic areas right outside of the Zoo in the larger Warner Park. ***
