ZOO RULES & POLICIES
- No smoking on Zoo grounds including vaping, e-cigarettes of any kind and chewing tobacco.
- Kids under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Do not feed the animals, tap on the glass, make excessive noise or throw objects into the animal exhibits.
- Do not reach into the exhibits, lift children over safety fences and barriers or sit on safety fences and barriers.
- Outside food and drink are not permitted*. Food offerings are located within the Zoo.
- Please respect and leave plants and native wildlife untouched.
- Deposit trash in designated receptacles.
- No bicycles, skates, skateboards, etc. for recreational use (medically necessary mobility devices are allowed such as wheelchairs and scooters).
- Weapons of any kind are prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed on Zoo grounds. Service dogs and service miniature horses are allowed.
- Shirts, shoes, and appropriate clothing are required while visiting.
- As the Zoo is a family-friendly environment, vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate clothing, actions, or communications are prohibited.
Zoo Management reserves the right to escort from Zoo grounds any individuals or groups who are acting in ways deemed harmful to the animals, the park, Zoo staff, or that infringe upon the enjoyment of the facility by other guests.
*Special accommodations can be made for those with dietary restrictions or other needs. Please email membership@chattzoo.org if you are in need of specific accommodations regarding food
Additional information
Please note that picnic facilities are no longer available inside the zoo and outside food and drink is not permitted (*see note above regarding dietary restrictions and other needs). However, there are picnic areas right outside of the Zoo in the larger Warner Park. There are food offerings at the Zoo's Wild Burger and several snack carts located inside the Zoo.
Daily Zoo admission is honored for the entire day it is purchased during normal operating hours. With their receipt of purchase, guests may enter and exit zoo grounds as they wish at no additional charge on the day of their admission purchase only.

Rides
Zoo Rides are not included in Regular Zoo Admission. Zoo ride times and prices are subject to change without notice. For more information
